  • Vitality Coordinator. Our Vitality Coordinators are nurses who help you receive personalized care quickly and efficiently. This can include scheduling immunizations, lab work and ordering medication refills. Your Vitality Coordinator also helps you understand your medical charts to make sure you are up to date with all your medical needs. Members with problems meeting medication costs, Vitality Coordinators can help you find the right resources for assistance.
